Bedfordshire is known to have some notable national and international companies who have their headquarters or major bases in the county, and VST has had the opportunity to work with some of these companies.
VST was founded by Managing Director Andrew Smart, who spent more than 12 years as a BDM in one of the world’s largest call centre outsourcers. Andrew wanted a distinctive and out-of-the-box outsourcing business. He preferred mature, experienced staff who took the time to speak to clients and learn about their business, rather than make quick, cold calls reading off a script as seen with most telemarketing companies.
