We now provide telephone sales training courses tailored to your organisation’s individual needs, culture and working practices. All of our courses are interactive, blending classroom and practical activities. If required, we can also include calling your own prospects. Giving your staff live call practice.

Our Coach: Courses are hosted and delivered by Roby Kenna who has over twenty  years experience in telephone selling within B2B environments across many sectors. Roby is also a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) master practitioner and master coach who was trained by Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler. Roby has successfully trained candidates in the art of telephone selling, empowering individuals and providing them with the right patterns of behaviour, language and tangible sales skills, enabling them to become highly successful salespeople.

All of the courses are delivered from our Northampton office, in the multi-media training suite. The suite provides a full range of blended learning solutions such as live voice listening, videos, call recordings and monitoring as well as a calling pod of desks to enable delegates to make calls and put  the learning into practice.
