We are extremely proud to report that Virtual Sales Team were awarded a commendation in the Best Small Employer category at the Working Families Top Employers Awards. The awards were held at Vintners’ Hall in London on Thursday 7th July 2017.
The annual awards recognise and celebrate the UK’s most flexible, supportive and progressive employers who recognise the importance and benefits of flexible working and work-life balance for their teams and in turn, their customers.
We competed against international brands including Lloyds Banking Group, JP Morgan and Grant Thornton. In the sister category, the Best Large Private Sector Employer category, fellow competitor SKY were also awarded a commendation.

The judges were particularly impressed with our excellent levels of staff retention, employees stay an average of 3.2 years – over double the telemarketing industry standard. The flexible shift patterns and school friendly hours were are also noted by the judges as were the extra support and training sessions provided.
