Our internal sales executives are key to managing our client’s appointment setting and lead generation campaigns. Calling business prospects, introducing our client’s products and services, identifying and matching the features and benefits to their business and where possible, arranging a face to face appointment for the client to attend. Our researchers play an extremely important role within Virtual Sales Team. The main purpose of a researcher is to cleanse the data ready for the internal sales executive to call. Making outbound calls you will fact find and gather as much information as you can such as –  decision maker, direct telephone numbers and email addresses.  Researchers also ensure that all the information gathered over the telephone is updated into the database correctly.

All researchers must:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be an accurate typist

At VST every day is very busy. The sales representatives thrive on booking appointments and each and every appointment they book needs to be processed through our Quality Assurance team.

As a Quality Assurance Executive, it will be your responsibility to:

·   Process appointments and leads and send them through to our clients on a daily basis

·   Listen in on calls to ensure all appointments reflect the notes left by the sales representative

·   Ensure the appointment meets our clients’ criteria and expectations

·   Act in a non-bias manner to ensure that the information the client receives is accurate and of a high standard

·   Identify any anomalies and clarify the details within the team and the client

·   Ensure a slick and accurate transfer of information between VST and the client

·   Assist in taking incoming calls and re-directing them when appropriate swiftly and politely

·   Working within strict timescales

·   Working under pressure without compromising on quality.
