How have your buyers changed?

As we re-open for business, our clients are asking what’s changed?  If it’s going to be different then how, what, why and who?  At Virtual Sales Team, we are here to help answer these questions so you make the most of the opportunities ahead.

  • HOW: Recent survey data from the Business Impact Survey shows 27% were making decisions based on instinct. Only 13% based on available data and 60% using a mixed approach. The question is whether our instinct is tuned to the new opportunities?

 

  • WHAT: With so many people having “make-do” in the past months do you need your product or service to respond to this change in demand?

 

  • WHY: Nice-to-have’s may now be a necessity to be compliant.  Cleaning services, mental and physical health support, tools for communications and activity tracking are great examples.  The businesses who can identify and rapidly adjust to the new priorities will win in the coming 12 to 24 months.

 

  • WHO: Is it the same decisions makers who will be driving purchases? The health and safety function is likely to have added responsibility and challenges, are they on your influencer list?
